Community Health Center of the New River Valley is Hiring an IT Technician – Part-time Near Christiansburg, VA

IT Technician – Part-time

We are seeking a part-time entry-level, IT Technician in our Christiansburg clinic to assist our current, full-time IT Technician. The schedule is flexible.

Among other duties, this position is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users via phone, email, or in person. Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly. Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, peripherals, and software applications according to organizational standards and procedures. Tracking and managing IT assets. Implement and enforce security policies.

Qualifications: High school degree/GED acceptable. Candidates with previous experience are preferred.

Benefits will vary based on hours worked.

The Community Health Center of the New River Valley is a 501c3 non-profit organization that is committed to providing affordable and high quality medical, dental, behavioral, and preventative health care services to people of all ages, regardless of ability to pay or insurance status. Our three Centers are located throughout the New River Valley and nestled along the Appalachian Mountains of Southwest Virginia.
