The Community Health Center of the New River Valley is seeking a full-time (40 hours) Dental Front Office assistant in its Dublin office.

This position is responsible for enthusiastically greeting patients using courtesy, respect, and positive communication. This role is responsible for the registration of incoming patients in a prompt manner to avoid delays in arrival time and to ensure a swift check-in process. This position is also responsible for verifying patient demographics and insurance coverage and making changes as necessary, collecting patient payments, scheduling appointments and answering the phone.

Qualifications: – at least 1 year of experience in a dental office environment; Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred or equivalent combination or education and experience. Preference given to those with federally-qualified health care experience. Bonus provided for bilingual candidates who are hired.
