IT Technician
We are seeking a part-time, entry-level, IT Technician in our Christiansburg, Virginia clinic to assist our current, full-time IT Technician, Monday - Friday. The weekly schedule can be flexible and will be determined upon hire.
Among other duties, this position is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users via phone, email, or in person. Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly. Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, peripherals, and software applications according to organizational standards and procedures. Tracking and managing IT assets. Implement and enforce security policies.
Qualifications: High school degree/GED acceptable. Candidates with previous experience are preferred.
Benefits will vary based on hours worked.
