The B2B Marketing Manager at Clair stands as a cornerstone within our ambitious, forward-thinking team, dedicated to redefining financial freedom for America's workforce. In this pivotal role, you will craft the blueprint of our B2B marketing execution and strategy working directly with the CEO and key stakeholders to drive our B2B efforts forward. Your primary objective will be to develop and refine robust marketing strategies and automation processes, directly influencing the direction and execution of our top of funnel and conversion efforts.
As a natural collaborator, you will work closely with the sales team, ensuring that the marketing strategies not only resonate with our mission, but also directly contribute to our B2B2C funnel. You will own the B2B customer across the company, ensuring that Clair's solutions are able to serve their unique business challenges. You will also lay the groundwork for marketing processes that are scalable, repeatable, and measurable, leveraging both your creative and technical skills to set a solid foundation for the marketing team's future growth.
In this role, your success will be marked by your ability to build on Clair's current capabilities, stand up a demand generation engine, and enhance our brand's presence and market reach through omni-channel campaigns.
What you'll doLocation : This is a hybrid position based out of New York City, you will be expected to come into the office three days a week. #LI-Hybrid
Compensation : The annual base salary for this role is $135,000 - $145,000. The actual base pay within this range depends on many factors, such as education, skills and experience. Base pay is only one part of Clair's competitive total compensation package which includes benefits, perks and equity. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
