ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Run part programs on various CNC machines
• Change tools and continue running the machine with minimal help
• Use tradition inspection tools to verify part dimensions
• Use CMMs, surface measuring equipment and optical inspection equipment to verify part dimensions
• Read and accurately interpret part prints
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Other duties may be assigned

• Must have sufficient computer skills to operate computerized controls with pre-programmed software systems
• Must have fundamental math skills
• Must have solid problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
• Must have effective written and verbal communication skills
• Must be very detail oriented

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE OR LICENSES

• High School diploma or equivalent, required
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• 2 years of CNC Machine Operator experience or equivalent education/training and experience
