Be responsible for product training, before sales technical support including but not limited to spare parts management and after sales service & IQC.
1. Listen to and diagnose customer issues.
2. Utilize product knowledge and technology to provide ideal technical support.
3. Analyze and troubleshoot products and process when interacting with customers.
4. Analyze issue trends to proactively help and resolve future issues and request.
5. Return or defective products & missing parts repairing and repackage.
6. Perform maintenance of lifts in graveyard area and showroom.
7. Communicate with corporate office regarding repair solutions.
1. Conduct IQC for all incoming and outgoing materials, components, and products according to of invoices / BOLs / packing list.
1. Support in load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
2. Counting parts, materials, tools and equipment stock Qty Quarterly.
3. Performs other duties as assigned.
1. College or above(preferred).
2. Be familiar with mechanical, hydraulic parts identification and mechanical blueprint reading.
3. Knowledge of AC/DC circuits.
4. Forklift experience.
5. Good physical condition. Able to lift to 75lbs without support. Sit, stand, bend, walk for various length of times.
6. Advanced math, reading, writing, and computer skills (Word, excel, email).
7. Excellent communication both written and verbal.
