The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company's customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints **Core Duties & Responsibilities** Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative's knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned. **Qualifications & Requirements** At least 3 years of c ustomer sales experience required. Excellent communication skills including active listening. Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
