Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager/ Assistant Office Manager to join our team. The Project Manager/ Assistant Office Manager will provide support to our project managers and team members, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from inception to completion.
Duties:
- Organize project activities and track progress
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and preparing necessary materials
- budget and financial tracking
- Aid in event planning and coordination
- Manage calendars and schedules for project teams
- Handle communication with vendors and suppliers
- Assist in training development for project staff
- Maintain organized project files and documentation
- Provide general office support as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Leadership skills
- Excellent response time with returning emails and missed phone calls
-Excellent Mathematic skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from multiple sources
- Experience in event planning and budgeting is a plus
- Familiarity with calendar management and vendor coordination is preferred
- Knowledge of training development processes is an advantage
-Must be bilingual in both Spanish & English to work with our Field Technicians
