Gracent is Hiring a BCBA Area Director, Texas Region Near Houston, TX

We're looking for an Area Director for our Texas Region to enhance our Operations team. This pivotal role involves supporting our existing centers in Houston and Dallas, with the scope to cover additional locations as we expand. We're seeking an individual eager to grow alongside us.

In this capacity, you will oversee all operations within your designated centers, playing a crucial role in the support of our team, clients, and their families, while also driving the growth of Gracent. As a key figure in our clinical team, you will deliver transformative care that impacts families profoundly, both now and in the future. Additionally, you will ensure the well-being and development of our team members.

Requirements:

  • You are a leader and are excited to train, manage, and mentor your team of pediatric professionals.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited about building relationships with other pediatric professionals, managing the area center’s budget, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, leading marketing efforts for the area centers, and ensuring the area centers meet productivity minimums.
  • At least 5 years of management experience and 3 years of experience as a BCBA, in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Licensed in the state of Texas.
  • Physical demands: The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
