We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at a Dental office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with medical scheduling and coordinate patient services
- Handle medical records requests and ensure accuracy of documentation
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist in a dental office preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft/Dentrix is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Experience with patient service and handling sensitive information
