Staff One, Ltd. is Hiring a Quality Manager Near Germantown, WI

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management systems, process improvement methodologies, and a commitment to ensuring product excellence. The Quality Manager will play a crucial role in leading and enhancing product quality standards, implementing quality control processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Position Description: Drive and implement internal Quality process improvements. Deploy and lead the quality strategy including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams, with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations. Lead data collection, analysis, and improvement projects throughout production. Ensure Quality Systems are compliant with ISO 9001 and support new product development activities such as Master Validation Plans, PFMEA, Control Plans, Procedure and Process development.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Manage, coordinate, and participate in all aspects of quality improvements in both the manufacturing and automated warehouse(s).

· Deploys and leads strategy and objectives for quality management in line with the quality management system, quality policy, and strategy.

· Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.

· Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.

· Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process optimization.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and drive process improvements.

· Provide technical expertise and support to manufacturing, engineering, and other departments to ensure product quality and reliability.

· Participate in new product development projects, including design reviews, risk assessments, and validation activities to ensure quality requirements are met.

· Develop and maintain documentation related to quality processes, procedures, and specifications.

· Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Six Sigma projects, to enhance quality, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.

· Work with sales, floor management, and manufacturing engineering to help resolve customer CAR’s, RMA’s, PAR’s, etc.

· Develops and/or reviews product, process test equipment and/or software validation and qualification protocols and tracks execution of protocols in support of project timelines.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited educational institution.

· Minimum of five years’ experience in quality engineering and management.

· Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF etc.) and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, FAA, etc.).

· Experience with quality tools and methodologies, such as statistical process control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), root cause analysis, etc.

· Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

· Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

· Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, etc.).

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

· Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma certification a plus.

· Prior SAP experience preferred.
