Full Time Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a full-time detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our accounting team at our Corporate Office in Excelsior, MN. This person will assist in managing our day-to-day accounting needs.

This role entails a wide variety of accounting duties such as:

· Daily receipt reconciliation

· Accounts payable including validating and matching documents

· Tracking and recording manufacturer rebate payments

· Reconciling warranty receipts

· Help facilitate paperwork for boat closings

· Provide additional administrative support to management

· Assume additional responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications:

· Must be a team player and willing to help out where needed

· A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in Accounts Payable or Receivable or Bookkeeping

· A firm understanding of MN Sales Tax laws

· Experience performing reconciliations

· Must have a strong attention to detail

· Strong experience with Excel

· Ability to work in a high pressure, high volume environment

· Must be well very organized and a self-starter

· Must be detail oriented, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision

· Must be able to multitask and work with shifting priorities

· Ability to learn quickly, have a strong work ethic and great follow up

· Experience with QuickBooks a plus

This is a Full-Time Monday-Friday in-office position.
