Overview

As a Customer Success Coach for Realty.com, you will work directly with our agent and lender partners to make sure they have all the tools they need to convert Realty.com leads on a consistent basis successfully. You will be responsible for ensuring that our partners are utilizing our platform to its fullest potential and that they are receiving the support they need to succeed. You will need thick skin and the capacity to have honest, open conversations with agents, holding them accountable to executing the necessary activities to maximize conversion.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with our agent and lender partners
• Conduct regular check-ins with partners to ensure they are effectively using our platform
• Hold agent and lender partners accountable to coaching guidance
• Provide training to partners on how to use our platform best to generate leads and close deals
• Analyze partner performance data and provide insights and recommendations to drive improvement
• Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to ensure our partners are up-to-date on the latest features and promotions

Qualifications

• Experience in the real estate industry is required, and experience coaching real estate agents is ideal
• Ability to be brutally honest with agents and hold them accountable to their commitments
• 2 years of experience in customer success or account management
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with partners
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive improvement
• Experience with CRM software and other sales tools
