Oregon Symphony seeks a talented and resourceful Events Associate to oversee the design and
execution of fundraising, stewardship, and cultivation events, including the annual Gala. This role is
crucial for producing creative, impactful, and memorable experiences to steward and cultivate
current and prospective donors, supporting contributed revenue goals through event sales,
sponsorships, and partnerships.

This is a full-time, exempt position currently following a hybrid-remote work model with a minimum of
2-3 days/week in-office. Attendance at development events is required.

Salary Range: $40k - $43k/year, depending on qualifications.
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, long-term disability
insurance, and a 403(b) retirement plan.
