As a member of the Business Intelligence Team, you'll play a key role in supporting staff and driving efficiency and profitability for the organization. Your duties will involve day-to-day product support, various trainings including product and procedure training, managing our knowledge base, as well as gathering and validating data. Your aim is to make a tangible impact by fostering positive change through clear communication, problem-solving, and providing support to our operations and team.

What You’ll Do:

• Elevate Support: Providing comprehensive day-to-day product assistance and procedural support to remote offices. This entails offering detailed trainings on products and procedures, managing our knowledge base to ensure accessibility, and the ability to answer staff questions and resolve any issues they encounter.
• Elevate Reporting: Maintaining and distributing weekly and/ or monthly reports to the organization and owners and constantly seeking ways to optimize reporting and enhance efficiency. Proposing and participating in business studies to understand changing variables and providing training to end-users to access and interpret reports accurately.
• Elevate General Practices: Analyzing inefficiencies and identifying errors with all aspects of data generation and recommending appropriate action courses such as adding new vendors or software’s to optimize operations.

Qualifications:

This is a great opportunity for candidates with an excellent analytical and/ or communications background, strong intellectual curiosity, and a genuine interest in driving operational changes at a medium size business. We expect you to have:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with a solid foundational knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of and previous experience with SQL preferred.
• Proven track record of preparing, analyzing and presenting data as well as suggesting new initiatives based on analysis.
• Self-starter who thrives while working on multiple projects at a time, sometimes with ambiguous scopes and deadlines
• A strong desire to learn and understand the details of Elevate Living’s operations to deliver relevant and actionable analysis and delivering that information to employees.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently with multitasking given on business needs.
• Proven capabilities to communicate effectively to remote individuals.
• Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with all levels of employees.
