**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting company products or services. **Responsibilities:** - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat - Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints - Process orders, forms, applications, and requests - Provide information about products and services - Upsell products and services to increase revenue - Perform outbound calls to follow up on customer interactions - Maintain customer records by updating account information - Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support **Qualifications:** - Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette - Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus - Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual in Spanish is a bonus - Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems - Multilingual abilities are advantageous for diverse customer interactions Join our team as a Customer Service Representative where you can utilize your communication skills, provide outstanding service, and contribute to our customers' positive experience.
