Apply Job Type Full-time Description Financial and business administration support to Financial Analysts, including participation in annual budget development and completion, forecasting, ongoing financial reporting and presentation to budget owners. Assists in evaluating information for setting the strategic direction.Essential FunctionsResearches business and financial information at a corporate level, assisting the internal finance team. Responsible for consolidating and analyzing budgets and income statements (data gathering / not report creation)Researches and reports fluctuations between actual financial results compared to budgeted amounts to assist the financial analyst in their process of advising management on potential areas of cost impact; make recommendations for corrective action Monitor organizational spending to ensure that it is within budgetAssists in the preparation of company budgets and financial forecasts for the development of business plansPrepares reports that outline the company's financial position in the areas of income, expenses, and earnings to assist in financial decision-makingAnalyze incoming revenue and measure income against expensesDevelop and implement improved revenue cycle processes and procedures from intake to collectionsReview billing practices to guarantee accurate revenue recognition and invoicingPrepare for financial audits by ensuring procedural compliance in revenue reporting and collectionOversee bookkeeping practices and facilitate the collection of outstanding paymentsAnalyze revenue cycle data, prepare revenue forecasts, and perform trend analysisPrevent payment delays by handling account queries and complaints in a timely mannerPresent revenue cycle reports and forecasts, as well as identifying opportunities to increase revenuePreparing and analyzing cash flow statements, escalating any identified issues to appropriate teams for reviewPartnering with accounting, network, and EDI on claims, membership, and revenue, ensuring accuracy between systems Requirements Job SpecificationsTypically has the following skills or abilities: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience 2 years of financial analysis or related experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlinesKnowledge of financial and operational planning processes and best practicesAbility to conduct various types of analysis, including cost-benefit and alternative analysisProficient in spreadsheet applications and mainframe accounting systemsPossession of a strong personal code of ethics, including maintaining confidentialityMicrosoft Tools experience Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detailAbility to multi-task and work under strict deadlines Salary Description $56,000 - $66,000
