We're looking for an experienced B2B sales leader to join our Trade Team. As the Director, Trade Sales, you will work with key design firms across the country and lead a group of Account Executives working to build relationships and drive spend, retention and growth from our network of interior design partners. This team works to build relationships and help make 1stDibs the first place designers come to source for their projects.
As a sales leader, you will hire, train, and coach a team of sales professionals to hit key sales targets. You have experience developing and executing sales strategy, scaling successful teams and working with cross-functional teams to remove roadblocks and optimize sales performance. You'll have knowledge of Salesforce (or other similar sales tools) and experience working with opportunity pipelines, and KPIs for tracking, reporting, and decision-making.
This is a hybrid role located in New York, NY (2 days/week in-office).
