ProScan Imaging, LLC is Hiring a Senior Financial Analyst Near Cincinnati, OH
Summary:
This position encompasses advanced-level general accounting functions and analysis 7 – 10 entities
Responsibilities:
- Treasury functions including daily cash management and reporting
- Monthly Financial Statement preparation
- Operational and receivables report generation
- Advanced Proforma Profit and Loss Statements
- Maintains general ledger, including chart of account design and maintenance
- General ledger account reconciliations and account analysis
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Assists in the preparation of yearly tax schedules
- Sales/use tax return preparation
- Inter-company reconciliations and settlements, inter-company transfers
- Coordinates monthly and year-end closings, completes YE closing in A/R and A/P
- Accounting projects as assigned
- Coordinate activities of other accounting personnel as assigned
- M& A Support – Proforma P&L preparation, Business Analysis
Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of general accounting theory practices and controls
- Extensive analysis and problem solving skills
- Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Extensive knowledge of accounting software (Great Plains / Report Writer)
Experience:
- Prior experience as a Staff Accountant/Analyst
Work Environment:
- Full time position in a corporate headquarters office
Education/training:
- College graduate at least five years relevant work experience required
Reports to:
- Corporate Controller - May take direction from other Executive level staff members
