**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Member to join our team at [Your Restaurant Name], a fast-casual Indian restaurant known for its delicious and authentic flavors. **Responsibilities:**
1. **Kitchen Operations:**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Execute daily prep work to ensure a consistent and efficient flow of kitchen operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment, utensils, and workstations.
2. **Order Assembly:**
- Assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate order timing and ensure a smooth service.
3. **Dishwashing:**
- Manage dishwashing responsibilities to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks as needed to support overall cleanliness.
4. **Customer Service:**
- Interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Run food out to tables during slow periods, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Address customer inquiries and provide information about our menu items.
5. **Cleaning and Maintenance:**
- Regularly clean and sanitize the dining area, including tables, chairs, and counters.
- Monitor and replenish supplies in the dining area, such as napkins and condiments.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or fast-casual restaurant setting is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat, steam, and varying kitchen equipment.
