FRONT DESK/ HYGIENE COORDINATOR

Woodland Family Dental, in Post Falls, ID, is looking for an exceptional Hygiene Coordinator for a full-time position. The ideal candidate needs to be able to work in a highly fast-pace environment and is extremely detailed orientated. We are a "work-family" that enjoys being together and bringing a smile to our patients and each other. We prefer an applicant with dental and insurance experience. We offer plenty of different services for our patients including: implant cases, oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Obtain and verify patient's dental insurance benefits and collect a full benefit breakdown.

· If a patient is not covered or updated insurance is needed, working with the patient to make sure all their insurance and finances are taken care of before they are in the office.

· Front desk duties, including answering the phones and answering patient questions.

· Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

· Check in patients, ensuring all necessary information is complete and correct.

· Maintain accurate records of patient accounts, payments, and transactions.

· Maintain a neat and organized work area.

SKILLS:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Experience with Eaglesoft preferred.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of
• professionalism.
• Proficient in using various computer skills and software applications.

• Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance verification, dental coding, dental office background.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 Depending on Experience
