Brookfield Elementary school seeks an individual to fill the role of a one-on-one and two-on-one paraprofessional opening. Candidates should have experience working with children, demonstrate flexibility, patience, compassion, positivity and have good communication skills. The primary function of this position is to support a child with special needs to access their education and facilitate peer interactions. Experience with behavior plans and communication devices is helpful.
