SSOE is looking to hire an Engineering Group Manager to join our team. You will have the opportunity to lead a team of engineers, designers, and support staff to ensure the technical competency and quality of work performed by the staff. This person will also coordinate with various disciplines within the organization (architectural, electrical, process/chemical, structural, mechanical, etc.) and will be an integral part of problem-solving complex designs for state-of-the-art industrial and high-tech manufacturing facilities for the world’s leading high-tech companies. This position will be a hybrid position, requiring occasional onsite work.
Bachelor’s degree in either Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Industrial Engineering is required.
Active Professional Engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain an active PE license is preferred.
Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and problem-solving skills, preferably in a design-build environment.
Experience in industrial manufacturing, semiconductor, high technology, and/or battery manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
Salary Range: $130,000 - $165,000 /year depending on location, education, experience, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
