SUMMARY:
The Residential Coordinator is a critical role in the Project Management process. The Residential Coordinator reviews data related to the Residential Fire Sprinkler divisions and coordinates timelines, data, and budget information with the rest of the Residential Team. Effective communication is a critical part of this process. This position is responsible for the coordination of all Residential data into the various software and file systems used by Symons Fire, and daily set up and organization of all new jobs awarded into Company Management Software. The Residential Coordinator collects and assembles information needed for design of the residential fire sprinkler system. The Residential Coordinator is responsible for the generation of weekly and monthly reports related to department needs. In summary, this is the key position that allows Symons Fire to coordinate and manage residential fire sprinkler operations and has the potential to grow into other roles in Project Management.

Education and Experience:
One to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
