Description
An entry level Fire Sprinkler Service Coordinator assists in the planning and coordination of a wide range of fire sprinkler projects from start to finish. This may include Residential, Commercial, New Construction, and Tenant Improvements. You will organize and assist construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Project Managers and provide backup in their overall responsibilities.
- Keep project information up to date through use of company software (BuilderTrend).
- Direct customer communication where needed.
- Help to determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with all departments.
- Facilitate data flow through the organization in conjunction with multiple departments.
- Monitor company’s software while keeping projects on track and up to date with present and necessary future items in mind.
- Ensuring team performance in the software as well as during projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
