ShipperHQ is headquartered in Austin, TX making a big impact in the e-commerce shipping space. Founded in 2009, we are a premier supplier of shipping software for e-commerce sites, selling to both SMB and Enterprise customers. We have 50 team members spread across the US, UK, Canada, India and Australia. 30 members are based in Austin, TX. We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong collaborative mindset.

As a Program Manager at ShipperHQ, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our shipping software initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure the seamless execution of our programs. Your responsibilities will include program planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

• Lead the planning and execution of strategic program initiatives. 
• You will craft, deploy and own processes and practices for efficient engagement, and act as an information hub for all collaborators.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with teams to ensure alignment with program objectives
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful program delivery
• Communicate program status and updates to stakeholders
• Own release enablement process to ensure readiness against a predefined set of milestones and requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Experience: 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the enterprise software or e-commerce industry (PMP or similar certification highly desirable). 
  • You have a deep understanding of product strategy and operational business needs to drive cross-functional alignment and delivery of product roadmap. 
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a bias toward customer-and-data-first decision-making approach
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in project management tools and software. Experience with Hubspot and Jira preferred.
• Personality Traits: You have excellent communication and a collaborative mindset. You’re a resourceful self-starter who can prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 
• Attitude: You're adept at navigating ambiguity and excelling in dynamic, rapidly growing organizations. You approach challenges with a positive attitude and take the initiative to find solutions.
