ShipperHQ is a startup headquartered in Austin, TX making a big impact in the e-commerce shipping space. Founded in 2009, we are a premier supplier of shipping software for e-commerce sites, selling to both SMB and Enterprise customers. We have 40 team members spread across the US, UK, Canada, India and Australia. 30 members are based in Austin, TX. We seek an outgoing individual with a positive attitude willing to grow with the company.

What You’ll Do:

As a Brand designer, you will work among a fast-paced team of designers and marketers to help tell ShipperHQ’s story. Our ideal candidate is an ambitious learner who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and craft engaging designs to elevate the brand and support marketing strategies.

Your Impact:

  • Understand our product and industry and craft relevant and consistent designs in a variety of formats (print and digital) across channels, including presentation decks, sell sheets, whitepapers, social media graphics, webpages, and event collateral
  • Collaborate and correspond with cross-functional teams and manage projects from request to delivery
  • Create, maintain, and evolve any brand-related visual assets
  • Develop and maintain templates used by cross-functional teams and train them in how to use the templates and export assets

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Degree in Design or adjacent field like new media, advertising, communications
  • Portfolio: An online portfolio that demonstrates brand and marketing design
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience crafting brand and marketing designs in a SaaS, B2B, or agency environment. You possess solid design skills and can consistently and creatively convey the ShipperHQ brand aesthetic and message.
  • Bonus if you:
    • Are a skilled writer and can craft and refine brand messaging 
    • Have experience working in a design system
    • Have experience working with a CMS or have any frontend coding experience (HTML, CSS)
  • Tech-Savvy: Excellent knowledge and experience with leading Design tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and other business applications, including Google Workspace
  • Personality Traits: You possess outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills that allow you to convey ideas with clarity and impact.
  • Attitude: You're adept at navigating ambiguity and excelling in dynamic, rapidly growing organizations. You can meet tight deadlines under pressure, approach challenges with a positive attitude, and take the initiative to find solutions.
