```Duties```
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
- Provide behavior management and support to individuals
- Assist with social work and community integration activities
- Implement systems and routines to promote independence and organization
- Provide patient care, including assistance with personal hygiene and grooming
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Coordinate and communicate with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare providers
- Provide support in nursing home or residential care settings
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy and confidentiality
- Assist with lifting and transferring individuals as needed
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and practices
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws
- Physical ability to lift and transfer individuals as needed
