We are looking for an experienced Dietary Cook (day shift) for a Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Carrollton, GA
This position is responsible for meal preparation under the facility’s policy and procedures.
Available Shift :
Essential functions include :
Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends focused on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
Minimum of two (2) years of progressive culinary / kitchen management experience.
Experience with therapeutic diets and modified consistencies highly desirable.
Experience in long-term care settings highly desirable.
Experience with high volume, complex foodservice operations.
Restaurant and batch cooking experience, a plus.
A.O.S. Degree in Culinary Arts or culinary certificate preferred.
ServSafe certified - highly desirable.
