```Duties```
- Provide direct support to individuals with medical frail, including personal care and assistance with daily activities
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
- Remind medication according to prescribed instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment
```Requirements```
- Experience working with individuals that are medically frail or related conditions
- Knowledge of personal care practices and techniques
- Familiarity with meal planning and preparation
- Experience in a nursing home or similar setting is a plus
- Physical ability to perform lifting and assist with mobility
