Requirements
- Ability to live onsite at our RV Park (Must have your own RV or be willing to live in a studio apartment)
- Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems is a must
- Experience servicing and maintaining sewer and septic systems
- Experience in carpentry, building maintenance, drywall, tape and texture, and paint
- Knowledge of landscaping maintenance including plant care and irrigation repair
- General knowledge and ability to trim branches/trees/shrubs
- Advanced ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues and root causes
- Customer service focused
- Observant, conscientious , respectful
- Current Driver License and Clean Driving Record
- Mechanically inclined
- Self-starter
- Organized and able to prioritize and complete tasks
- Familiarity with maintenance tools including pressure washer, drills, saws etc.
- Ability to manage a daily work log
- Computer fluent and capable of operate maintenance software App on cell phone
- Maintains professional appearance and demeanor
