Assisted LivingResident Care Associate - RCA
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care AssistantIn this role to support the 16 residents in The Heights Assisted Living inHolmen! Make a difference in the lives of our residents by assisting them withpersonal cares, activities of daily living, and social activities while helpingthem maintain as much independence and dignity as possible.
What You'll Do

• Assist residents with personal cares, dailyactivities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity aspossible
• Other responsibilities could include medicationmanagement, light housekeeping, and a variety of other tasks
• Memory Care cross training

What You'll Need

• Previous direct care experience, preferred
• Experience with medication management, CNA.and/or CBRF certification is beneficial, but not required - We will train theright fit for our team!
• Must have a genuine interest in caring forseniors
• Valid driver's license and a responsible drivingrecord
• If under the age of 18, we can assist in gettinga waiver to work

Our Wages

• Our starting rate is between $17.00 and 19.00 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. Increases uponorientation completion, and regular wage reviews - we pay for high performance!
• We also offer a $3.00 NOC shift differential andnew Weekend Differential as well as on-call and pick-up incentives

Qualifications forHigher Starting Pay

• Previous direct care experience
• Certified Nursing Assistant training and/orexperience
