Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities
Full-Time: 64 hours per 2 week pay period
Part-Time: 8 hours per 2 week pay period
Casual Call: Build your own schedule - 3 shifts a month; 2on the weekend, plus on-call rotation
Available Shifts: Days of the week may vary and will includevaried weekends and holidays. These positions enjoy every other weekend andevery other holiday off!
AM: 6:00am-10:00am, 7:00am-2:00pm, and 6:45am-3:15pm
PM: 5:00pm-10:00pm, 6:00pm-10:00pm, and 3:00pm-11:15pm
NOC: 11:00pm-7:00am
Caregiver
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking Caregivers to join ourcommunities located in Onalaska, Holmen, and La Crosse!
We are looking for individuals to join our team of dedicatedand hardworking caregivers serving the many residents of our retirement andlife communities. In this role, you may assist residents in Assisted Living,Memory Care, High Acuity Assisted Living, and Nursing Home units.
Hours per shift may vary based on facility/unit schedule
What You'll Do

• Provide companionship
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and homelike environment for elderly residents in residential care apartment complexand in individual assisted living units
• Assist residents in all areas of grooming andpersonal hygiene on as needed basis
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks like laundry,making beds and changing linens
• Assist with meals and clean-up
• Assist as support staff for medical visits andrecreational activities as needed
• May implement exercises designed to improvemobility and self-help skills
• Maintain progress notes and data frequencycounts
• Document incidents as they occur
• Attend staff meetings and in-service trainings

What You'll Need

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 6 months experience
• Must be able to read, write, and speak Englishto communicate with team members, residents, and visitors

Our Wages

• Our starting rates are between $14.00 and $21.00per hour, based on your experience and qualifications, and which unit you areworking on
• Increases upon successful orientation completion(usually between 100 days and 6 months). And regular wage reviews - we pay forhigh performance!
• Resident Care staff are eligible for a$3.00/hour Night Shift differential and $2.00/hour Weekend Differential;
• Varying PM differentials are also available insome care units
