Eagle Crest South has an excellent opportunity for a qualified RN to use their high quality clinical, supervisory, and customer service skills as a Nursing Manager in our community. The Nursing Manager will join us in leading a solid team of licensed and unlicensed healthcare professionals to provide caring and compassionate nursing care to up to 63 residents in the Memory Care units at Eagle Crest South.

The Nursing Manager will oversee resident care from admission assessment through discharge, consistent with regulations and established best practices for the Memory Care units. This position will also be responsible for the initial and ongoing staff training - especially with medication management. Working with the unit's Program Coordinator, the Nursing Manager will be responsible for all areas of performance management including disciplinary actions when necessary.

The successful candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Currently licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse
• 2 years experience in a leadership role and/or supervisor capacity in a healthcare or related field preferred.
• A genuine interest in the care and well-being of the elderly
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.
• Experience in acute care or long-term care is beneficial
• Demonstrated compatibility with Eagle Crest Communities' mission and values and the ability to uphold them.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to adapt to new software.
