The BSJ Care Center in LaCrosse is hiring for a social worker. This is a full-time position, working Monday thru Friday.. Must be a graduate of an accredited university with a minimum of a BA or BS in Social Work or similar discipline, certification preferred.

• Provides resident advocacy.
• Participates, supports and promotes resident events and activities.
• Processes Level I and Level II screens timely, route and log information required.
• Assist with admission process.
• Facilitates Care Conferences
• Assists with discharge planning. .
