About The Role
- Support the coordination and scheduling of the Academy Induction Program
- To play a crucial part in ensuring we deliver a world class induction and a fantastic onboarding experience for all retail employees
- Organize and schedule webinar training
- Update online training records
- Update internal training trackers
- Create and submit weekly and monthly reports
- Communicate and liaise with showroom management
About You
- Knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Previous experience of working in a training environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to self-manage including effective time/diary management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Hands on positive attitude
