**Overview:**

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, performing routine sales calls, and recruiting. **Duties:**

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, candidates, and internal teams, delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Proactively identify sales opportunities and promote our staffing services to prospective clients.
• Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
• Collaborate with recruiters to match candidates with suitable job opportunities, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
• Follow up with clients and candidates to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and candidate profiles in our CRM system.

**Experience:**

• Previous experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the staffing or recruiting industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Proficiency in using computers and various software applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
