Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team. As a Stocking Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that merchandise is properly stocked and organized in our retail store. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities:

- Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks

- Use RF scanner to track inventory and ensure accurate stock levels

- Stock shelves, racks, and displays with merchandise

- Organize and arrange products to maintain an appealing and orderly store appearance

- Assist customers with locating products and provide excellent customer service

- Operate a cash register for sales transactions when needed

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor

- Perform regular inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment preferred

- Familiarity with inventory control procedures is beneficial

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
