Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Apparel Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their apparel needs, maintaining inventory control, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities: - Stock and organize merchandise on the sales floor - Assist customers in finding the right apparel items and sizes - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the apparel department - Communicate effectively with customers to provide excellent service - Process cash register transactions accurately - Load and unload merchandise shipments - Assist with shipping and receiving tasks - Perform inventory control activities to ensure accurate stock levels - Provide sales support to achieve department goals Skills: - Strong understanding of retail math principles - Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in inventory control procedures - Experience operating a cash register is preferred - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is beneficial - Sales experience is advantageous If you are passionate about apparel, have excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we encourage you to apply for the position of Apparel Associate.
