MAC Metal Sales is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented full-time Customer Service to complement our existing sales team. This position would be Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM work schedule. With growth comes progressive career opportunities. Apply in person at 1650 West HWY 80 Somerset, KY.
What we are looking for:
· Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Have basic knowledge of Microsoft suites including word and excel.
· Upbeat personality and ability to interface with our customers in a fast efficient manner.
· Neat and clean appearance.
· Must have a great work ethic.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Communicate effectively
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow company policies and procedures for handling customer inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to handle difficult or irate customers professionally
- Sales experience is a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
