We are currently seeking for a full time Maintenance Technician for a garden style property located in the Pompano area.

Candidate needs to have general maintenance knowledge, will be responsible for completing work orders (electrical, plumbing, a/c repairs, general repairs, cleaning, carpentry, etc.), preparation and turnover of vacant apartments, cosmetic upkeep of common areas and buildings, visually check fire alarm control panels and commercial water heater for any trouble, be able to work flexible schedule, motivated and HVAC certified.
