We are currently seeking a full time Assistant Property Manager for a property located in Gainesville, Florida.

Applicants need to have property management experience, highly motivated, organized, able to handle multiple tasks at once, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet usage. Tax credit knowledge helpful, but not required.

Exceptional customer service skills and Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
