We are looking for a Leasing Consultant for High-Rise luxury property located in Ft. Lauderdale. With experience in sales and strong personality.

Responsibilities

• Renting apartments, attending to prospects via phone, in person or via electronic mail, including resident activities and compliance requirements.
• Assist the Property Manager/Assistant Manager in maintaining organization of the office, files, binders, etc. as needed.
• Answer all incoming phone calls in a positive and professional manner, fill out welcome cards.
• Receive, maintain and organize all applications and resident files
• Process applications.
• Keep the resident referral updated.
• Turnover of units.

Skills

• Proving working experience in customer service
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Outlook and Internet Usage
• Customer-focused approach.
• Highly motivated, organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Knowledge of Tax Credit, Market Rent and One site software preferred

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
