Although this is a 'Sales' position, you aren't selling a product! Instead, you're "selling" yourself as a career advisor, you're "selling" our jobs, and you're "selling" our services to medical facilities that we help staff. Being a good listener, self-motivated, excellent communicator, grit, and drive for success is all you need to thrive in this career!

We are currently looking for Sales Account Executives to join our established & growing sales teams on a full-time basis! Those with experience in Retail, Sales, Customer Service, Business Development, Property Management, Logistics & Supply Chain tend to be very successful in this role!

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Strong drive to learn, grow, and succeed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and multitask.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is favorable.

Other Details:

  • This is NOT a remote position. Applicants must come into the office daily (work-from-home days can be earned)
  • Monday to Friday work schedule; no nights or weekends!
  • Competitive salary PLUS uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and submit healthcare professionals to our client's job openings
  • Post our client's jobs online.
  • Recruit healthcare professionals via phone, email, and social media.
  • Assist credentialing and payroll with obtaining secure documents from your candidates.
  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals and manage their work assignments.
