Job Summary:
As a commercial litigation attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in legal proceedings involving business-related disputes. This includes but is not limited to contract disputes, corporate governance issues, intellectual property conflicts, employment disputes, and regulatory compliance matters. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide strategic legal advice to help them achieve their goals. Additionally, you will conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, participate in negotiations, and advocate on behalf of clients in court.
