How you will make an impact as a Patient Services Representative:
- Work closely with patients to ensure their experience at our clinic exceeds expectations
- Greet and accurately check patients in to EHR
- Schedule patient appointments
- Prepare, meet with, and schedule Home Sleep Study patients
- Crosstrain as a Care Coordinator or Medical Assistant (dependent on clinic needs)
