Job Function: This position is responsible for the creation, management, (re)design and distribution of standardized and ad hoc department reports for Asset Management Group (AMG) and Capital Markets Group (CMG) at the direction of the Managing Director of Capital Markets and President of AMG (Management).This role will lead the effort in producing interactive visualization of market information and customer data.The extraction of information from our department customer database and public resources as well as other investment platforms is essential in this role.Reports can be requested daily, monthly, quarterly, annually or as needed by Management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create, (re)design, manage and implement standardized and ad hoc reporting needs of AMG and CMG
• Support Asset Management Group, as needed to meet its programming, design and database needs
• Support the expanded creation and design of the Capital Markets Group Sales Dashboard and management reporting used to track territory and sales performance
• Assist in the creation of new and redesign and/or streamline certain investment and operations reports
• Assist in the management, (re)design and implementation of both the Asset Management and Capital Markets Group websites
• Lead the efforts to automate documentation required for new issue underwriting of both Municipal and Mortgage products
• Automate daily/weekly municipal new issue announcements and scorecards
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications/ Required Skills and Abilities:

• Currently have a degree in Programming or Computer Science preferred
• Strong Excel, Database and Structured Query Language (SQL) skills required
• Previous work and expertise in PowerBi and Sharepoint is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, is required
• Experience or course work in finance or related business field preferred
• Creative, detailed and self-motivated
• A base knowledge of fixed income markets is a plus
• Previous bond and/or bond accounting experience is a plus
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills are required.
