Community Development Officer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Community Development (Lending) Officer is responsible for developing and fostering organizational and business relationships within the community that Country Club Bank serves. As the Community Development Officer, this role is responsible for working with various lending areas to increase community development lending while assisting in development and delivery of products and services in low- and moderate-income communities within Bank’s assessments areas.
Job Qualifications/ Required Skills and Abilities:
Community Leadership:
Represents the bank and provides leadership in key community activities that may include business, charitable, civic and other social organizations to maintain a proper responsible citizen stature for the bank
Workplace Type:
Could be eligible for hybrid work schedule after 90 days upon management approval.
