ARCare is Hiring a Referral Specialist Near Augusta, AR
The Referral Specialist works as part of the Referral Department team performing those clerical duties necessary to make a patient's referral. These duties include scheduling an appointment for the visit, gathering information necessary to make referral, rescheduling appointments when necessary, answering the telephone, preparing medical charts, gathering third-party payment information, documenting information accurately, verifying insurance, and obtaining prior authorizations. Qualifications: High School Diploma, Computer literate, Customer service and Office experience preferred, 70% computer-based work. Minimal travel may be required.
