Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cosmetics Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cosmetics and beauty products, coupled with exceptional leadership skills to drive sales and provide outstanding customer service.

Duties:

- Manage the cosmetics department, including inventory, displays, and promotions
- Train and supervise cosmetics team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers
- Drive sales through effective merchandising and promotional strategies
- Monitor and achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions

Experience:

- Proven experience in cosmetics retail management
- Proficiency in front desk operations and cash handling
- Strong social media management skills to promote products and engage with customers online
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients
- Knowledge of retail math principles to analyze sales data and trends
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage inventory and department operations efficiently
- Multilingual abilities, especially proficiency in Spanish, is a plus to effectively communicate with diverse customers
